Card Show Intake & Drop-Off

Bring Your Cards to the Show—Start With a Documented Intake

Use the Apex service intake to identify the card-show event, event date, card quantity, categories, requested services, declared value, and any concerns. When an eligible Card Show Drop-Off is selected with an event name and date, the current $20 per-card show special is applied to the intake estimate. Final service scope is confirmed after review.

What to Bring

Bring cards in appropriate protection and be ready to provide card details, declared value, event name, event date, and the objective for each card. Photos and written concerns can help with triage.

What Happens After Intake

Apex records the request, provides a ballpark estimate based on selected services, and reviews the proposed scope. Any presentation or recovery request is separated from grading-bound inspection and requires its own disclosure.

Event Participation

Apex does not claim attendance, sponsorship, or affiliation with any event unless it is specifically confirmed. Event pages are published only after the date, venue, and Apex participation status are verified.

Questions, answered

Before you decide

How do I get the card-show special?

Select Card Show / Event Drop-Off in the intake form and provide both the event name and event date. The intake shows the current $20 per-card special when eligible.

Does a show intake include payment?

No. The service intake records your request and ballpark estimate; final scope and payment are confirmed after Apex reviews the submission.

Can I drop off cards at every show?

No. Drop-off availability depends on confirmed Apex attendance and the event. Check the event-specific instructions before traveling.

Documented first. Scope confirmed second.

Start with the card, not the promise.

Tell Apex what you have, what you want to achieve, and whether the objective is grading, collector presentation, recovery review, or slab care.
